I recently inquired with this company about credit solutions. I unfortunately had a bad experience and gave a review rating of One Star. Customer service representative Mr.W. Left me a voicemail and emailed me. I did return his call, he was very apologetic about my issues. This program may not have worked out for me but I do believe they are a good company.

This is a wonderful tool to help bring down credit card debt. It can be slow but if you remain steadfast, you can bring down the debt. My only issue is the customer service has not been very helpful or supportive when I have desire to pay off smaller debt when I can. I still don't know how to add an extra payment. So I just keep paying my monthly payment and watch my debt go down slowly.

Amazing job
Amazing job. Wish I could pay more monthly but just can't financially. They always on time with the monthly withdrawal. Respond to my questions quickly. Already 33% out of debt !!!!!!

Getting Debt Free
In my experience in the last two years has be so rewarding getting one of my debts paid off and watching as my two other debts are getting lower in the amount I owe them. In Charge Debt Solution has been very beneficial to me by helping me get my credit score high as I pay off my debts. I would recommend them to my family and friends for consolidating their debts.

Best financial decision I've ever made.
I signed up for InCharge Debt Solutions on 10/28/2019, and paid off my debt in full on 11/23/2021. Prior to signing up for the program, I was about about $19,000 in debt. This included $9,800 from credit cards, $2,000 from a bank loan, and the rest in student loans. I was in my mid-twenties when I began applying for credit cards. I was as immature with my spending habits as one could get. At one point, I had 7 credit cards, all of which were maxed out. I tried to make payments on all of them, focusing more on the smaller credit cards, with the hopes of getting them paid off and cancelled. I had managed to get 3 cards paid off and cancelled. But with rent, utilities and everything else, it became so overwhelming that I couldn't handle the stress anymore. The bank loan went to a collections agency and my credit cards were over their limits. I considered filing for bankruptcy, but hated the idea of doing so at such a young age, knowing that I got myself into this mess by being an idiot who spent more than I earned. So I looked into debt consolidation. I got in touch with InCharge, and they explained how everything worked. I paid a $75 fee upfront, and they reached out to each of my creditors to get approval to be added to the program. They informed me that it wasn't guaranteed that any of them would accept, and that I would still have to pay the fee regardless. 3 of the the 4 credit card companies accepted, as well as the bank loan that had been sent to collections. The interest dropped significantly, and I was able to just make one payment a month. The monthly payment included the minimum payments required for each debt, as well as a $20 fee for InCharge. My credit took a huge hit at the time of joining the program, but it has since gone up back to where it was before I buried myself. A huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I am credit card debt free and I have definitely learned my lesson. I recommend InCharge Debt Solutions to anyone who is overwhelmed and feeling hopeless with their credit card debt.

Very disappointed 9 months with these…
Very disappointed 9 months with these guys I was making all my payments on time with 3 accounts at $70 a month started with them $2.500 in debt after 9 months $3.500 when I asked them why I was told that the banks didn't except there offer and they lost my bank account information well and then found out they missed 4 payments but still took my payments early how you figure these guys will lie to you till you turn blue and give you the runaround and take your money pretend to help you out why your interest rates go up not a good investment

Easy and stress free environment
I am about 2/3s of the way finished with my journey here at In Charge. And I really can't complain. Its been an easy and stress free process. If you are experiencing stress when trying to pay your credit card bills or if youre barely making minimum payments, I totally recommind In Charge! The few times I've had to speak to them (not very often!), the staff is friendly and kind.

Not transparent at all
Not transparent at all. They lied and told me they would be able to waive my monthly interest charges through Discover and pay off my balance much quicker. All they really managed to do was make it more complicated and close that credit card account adding a DMP to my file also resulting in a lowered credit score. If I would've known that, I could've just paid ahead every month direct through discover myself. Total joke. Don't give these third party clowns your time or money.

Best Method to Pay off Credit Card Debt
InCharge was able to negotiate better rates on my credit card debt and lower payment amounts. Therefore, my payments paid the balances down much more quickly. I may?? have been able to do that for myself, but it would have taken so much time on the phone with credit card companies that I don't have. This is a very smart way to reset your credit.

Good job
I needed dental work and so I took the quickest credit I could get. Unfortunately they both had very high interest rates.In charge debt relief consolidated my two guards and gave me a reasonable payment. Also the rates are a lot lower. Thank you

Great communication!
They send reminders when your payment will be taken out and let you know when the payments have been dispersed. They also send you texts to update you on your progress. My most recent one was to tell me that my credit card debt is paid down 40%!

InCharge has taken a lot off my shouler as far as the monthly payments are concerned.!
It is gratifying to note that having InCharge handle my account takes a lot off my shoulder. So far, so good.
There is a matter that has been gnawing at me and I think we should look into it. When I purchased the car, I know that they factored in an amount for periodic servicing of the car, which I used once before turning in the car almost 3 years ago. There is no specific section that spelled out an amount but it is worth mentioning and could decrease my monthly payment.
